Ordered two items from here and requested pick up but then needed to change it to delivery (no problems). My items were delivered quickly and were in perfect condition. Very happy with them and the service provided. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend buying something from The Picker Concept.

I had the most fantastic experience when purchasing from the Picker Concept! Despite not being able to make it to the store for my click and collect due to unforeseen circumstances, I was contacted and sent the nicest message by Gabby to check up and alternatively offer fast and efficient delivery. Not only was the product packaged securely and delivered in a discrete location, but the product itself was in excellent condition! They have made my Christmas with their compassion alone as they took time out their busy Sundays to drop off my item on such a hot and stuffy day. I look forward to purchasing more products from this wonderful store!!
